From a technical perspective, there is some heavy lifting to do in your server environment. Therefore you may need a small upgrade in virtual hardware (AWS clients only).

To check your upgrade status, please enter your clinic name and customer number in the search above. You can find your customer number under the Help Menu at the top of VetlinkPRO, then check the number for CFL Ref. If you can't find your clinic in the search just contact the support team on support@vetlinkpro.com.
